The strength of our organization is deeply rooted in the people who power it.We know that a workforce reflecting the richness of our communities and customers helps us better serve their needs. These lived experiences influence our decisions, shape our products, services, and help us grow with intention. When it comes to talent, our goal is clear: to discover exceptional individuals and to ensure they discover us. We prioritize drive, skill, experience, and ambition in everything we do for our clients.
We are Virtual 1st! Whether you choose to work remotely from your home office or in-person from one of Mitek’s offices, our practices, processes and tools are designed to enable your success. At Mitek, the Future of Work is about flexibility and preference wherever and whenever we are working.
We are seeking a Product Owner to drive execution of machine learning based capabilities across biometric authentication and document verification. This role is deeply embedded with machine learning, engineering, and fraud teams, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, well scoped, and delivered into production with measurable impact. This is a hands-on delivery role, not a strategy ownership position.
The ideal candidate has direct experience building and operating ML driven products in biometric and document environments, understands how these systems behave in production, and is comfortable challenging assumptions, proposing alternatives, and pushing back when needed to ensure outcomes align with fraud risk, customer needs, and operational realities.

What You Will Do (Essential Responsibilities):

    • ML Feature and Capability Ownership
    • Own and manage the backlog for ML-driven biometric and document verification capabilities.
    • Translate fraud, identity, and customer requirements into clear and actionable ML work items.
    • Partner closely with ML engineers and data scientists to refine problem statements into feasible deliverables.
    • Define acceptance criteria that reflect real world performance, not just offline model metrics.

    • Embedded ML Team Collaboration
    • Serve as the primary product owner for ML and data science teams.
    • Participate actively in model design discussions, prioritization, and tradeoff analysis.
    • Challenge scope, timelines, and modeling approaches when misaligned with business or risk objectives.
    • Propose alternate ideas across data strategy, modeling approaches, workflow design, or deployment patterns.

    • Production Readiness and Lifecycle Support
    • Support model lifecycle activities including training, evaluation, deployment, and retraining.
    • Ensure monitoring, drift detection, and feedback loops are incorporated into delivery plans.
    • Help define rollout, experimentation, and rollback guardrails.

    • Data and Labeling Execution
    • Partner with agent operations and data teams on labeling strategy and data quality.
    • Help define labeling schemas and workflows to support effective model training.
    • Identify risks related to label noise, bias, or insufficient coverage across geographies and document types.

    • Fraud and Adversarial Awareness
    • Incorporate fraud patterns and adversarial thinking into backlog prioritization.
    • Ensure features and models are resilient to evolving attack vectors such as spoofs, deepfakes, and injection attacks.
    • Support layered and defense in depth approaches rather than single model dependency.

    • Cross Functional Coordination
    • Work closely with engineering, fraud, compliance, legal, and customer teams.
    • Support internal and external conversations where ML behavior or performance needs explanation.
    • Translate technical constraints into clear delivery expectations for non technical stakeholders.

What You Will Need (Required Knowledege, Skills & Abilities):

    • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or equivalent delivery focused roles.
    • Demonstrated experience supporting ML based products in production.
    • Direct experience working with data science and ML engineering teams.

    • Domain and Technical Fluency
    • Strong working knowledge of computer vision and ML fundamentals.
    • Experience with biometric technologies such as face matching, liveness detection, and spoof prevention.
    • Experience with document verification, document classification, or document fraud detection.
    • Hands-on experience building ML based products in the biometric and document identity space is highly valuable.
    • Ability to evaluate tradeoffs between different modeling and data approaches without being a data scientist.

    • Execution and Judgment
    • Comfortable pushing back on ML teams when solutions are over engineered, misaligned, or not production ready.
    • Able to propose alternate approaches grounded in data availability, fraud realities, and delivery constraints.
    • Strong attention to detail and a bias toward shipping reliable and measurable capabilities.

    • Communication Skills
    • Able to clearly articulate ML concepts, risks, and tradeoffs to non technical stakeholders.
    • Comfortable supporting customer facing or internal discussions around model behavior and limitations.
    • Able to document requirements and acceptance criteria with precision.

What Would Be Nice (Preferred Experience):

    • Hands on experience shipping biometric or document based ML solutions into production.
    • Experience in fraud, identity, or regulated environments such as financial services or fintech.
    • Familiarity with model monitoring, drift management, and feedback loops.
    • Experience working with global document types and jurisdictional variation.

What We Offer:

    • Work with a global leader in Digital Identity and Fraud prevention.
    • Build products that power secure, seamless digital experiences.
    • High-impact role in a fast-growing market.

Product Senior Product Manager, AI & Agents at Tellent HR

Senior PM owns agentic AI product strategy and roadmap across three core HR products, partnering with AI engineering to build and ship specialist agents and infrastructure.

Senior Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

As our Senior Product Manager for the Agentic initiatives, you will own Tellent’s transition from a System of Record to a System of Action. This is a high-impact, cross-product role: instead of being embedded in a single product team, you will operate across all three of our core products - Hire, Manage, and Grow - building the unified AI layer that connects them. You will own the agentic product strategy and multi-cycle roadmap, driving everything from Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure and specialist agents (Help, Hiring, Analytics) to action execution and external ecosystem channels like Slack and mobile. This is an execution-heavy role for a technically fluent product leader. You will act as the primary product contact for an AI/LLM-native engineering team, collaborating deeply on agent architectures, evaluation loops, and quality frameworks. You will also partner with our exploratory AI workstream to integrate long-term vision into concrete, shippable increments.

You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and work day-to-day with our AI Engineering Team Lead.

Your 12-month journey

  • First 3 months: Immerse yourself in the existing capabilities of Hire, Manage, and Grow. Establish a trusted operating cadence with the AI engineering team and build alignment with product PMs across our core areas. Deliver structural clarity to the immediate cycle work and take over the execution of our foundation layer.

  • After 6 months: Ship the foundational MCP infrastructure alongside our first wave of specialist agents (Help, Hiring, Analytics) into production. Establish clear evaluation methodology and quality loops to measure and define agentic adoption, moving from exploratory paths to predictable delivery.

  • After 1 year: The agentic foundation is adopted and driving measurable value across our customer base. You have mapped out a legible multi-cycle roadmap extending to proactive suggestions and external channels, validated early agentic monetization hypotheses, and successfully secured active production design partners within the AI-native segment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Product strategy & cross-product roadmap: Own the agentic product lifecycle across Hire, Manage, and Grow. Ensure the AI layer acts as a cohesive fabric rather than isolated features, maintaining constant alignment with core product PMs.

  • AI engineering partnership: Act as the direct product counter-weight to a highly technical, LLM-native engineering team. Collaborate on agent architectures, tooling, eval loops, and engineering tradeoffs.

  • Vision execution: Bridge the gap between blue-sky AI possibilities and reality. Partner with our exploratory AI workstream to ingest strategic vision and translate it into a pragmatic roadmap with clear execution metrics and kill criteria.

  • Market & monetization tracking: Keep a pulse on the rapidly evolving agentic HR landscape (both AI-native startups and pivoting incumbents). Inform our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) direction and test pricing hypotheses, including per-agent monetization models.

  • Defining “Good”: Establish and track adoption metrics that signal a successful transition to a System of Action, providing clear signals that leadership and the GTM teams can act upon.

What you bring

We are looking for a seasoned product leader who possesses the technical depth to hold their own with AI engineers, paired with the product judgment to know what not to build. You lead with a bias to ship the smallest possible thing that proves the next strategic bet.

Must-haves

  • Significant experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade AI/agentic products or developer tooling.

  • Strong technical fluency in LLMs, agent architectures, MCP-style patterns, and LLM evaluation methodologies.

  • Comfort navigating multi-cycle, cross-product initiatives where the ultimate destination is clear but the discovery path requires exploratory iteration.

  • Exceptional written and asynchronous communication skills. With a remote-first collaboration model across offices, documentation and clear writing are your primary levers.

  • High product judgment and a strong commercial mindset - you think in terms of adoption and customer value, not just technological capability.

  • Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level).

Nice-to-haves

  • European market literacy, particularly regarding compliance and AI regulation (as compliance forms part of our core trust layer).

  • Experience managing cross-border stakeholder groups.

What we offer

  • Hybrid or remote working setup across Amsterdam, the Cologne area, and Poland

  • A chance to shape one of the most ambitious scale-ups in Europe and lead a company-defining tech transition.

  • Work in a diverse, multicultural, and remote-friendly team.

  • €1,500 annual training budget + 2 dedicated learning days

  • Pension plan, travel reimbursement, and wellness perks.

  • 28 paid holiday days + 2 additional days to relax.

  • Work from anywhere for 4 weeks/year.

  • Apple MacBook and top-tier tooling.

  • €200 home office budget.

Please note: Benefits may differ based on your employment location.

Product Chief of Staff (m/f/d) at Alasco

Chief of Staff identifies and drives AI-powered growth opportunities by discovering market needs, defining product requirements, and owning AI features from conception through go-to-market execution.

Lead Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Role

This is an exciting role at the intersection of business building, AI First thinking, and product development. As a Chief of Staff you operate in founding mode. You will work closely with the CEO and Founder with a clear mandate: identify, design, and drive AI powered growth opportunities.

You will develop a deep understanding of market workflows, client needs, and untapped growth potential. You will translate those insights into concrete product requirements, priorities and compelling business cases. From discovery and prototyping through to go-to-market execution, you own the full arc.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate growth options strategically:

  • You assess which AI-powered opportunities are genuinely relevant for Alasco - product innovations, AI-native workflows or Real Estate specific solutions. You cut through the noise quickly, identify where real potential lies, and form concrete, decision-ready views.

Run continuous discovery:

  • This involves talking directly with real-world users and clients to understand workflows, constraints, and failure modes. You work in close collaboration with our Engineering and Product teams.

Own AI use cases:

  • From discovery to rollout, you define, prioritize, and ship AI features with clear success criteria. You experiment hands-on with AI and don’t rely on engineering to explain what a model can do. You prompt, test, evaluate outputs, and bring those insights directly into product decisions.

Track the ecosystem:

  • You monitor adjacent developments, competitor moves, client signals, and relevant research to align with positioning and pricing.

Align stakeholders around explicit trade-offs:

  • You keep Product, Design, Engineering, Management, and Go-to-Market aligned. You define metrics for outcomes, quality, and adoption - and you steer by them.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-performance environment like strategy consulting, venture capital, a high-growth start up, or you have founded something yourself.
  • Proven end-to-end product ownership experience or equivalent responsibility in B2B SaaS business operating in complex, high-stakes domains.
  • Technical background and mindset, including the ability to work with complex technical systems, and hands-on coding experience is a strong plus.
  • The ability to manage ambiguity: you turn unclear, open-ended problems into structured plans and concrete next steps.
  • Truly AI native: you use AI tools every day and are energized by the opportunity to develop our entire organization’s AI capabilities.
  • Precise, confident communication in both fluent German and English. You make decisions, stand behind them, and create clarity for the team - even when the answer is uncomfortable.

Why Alasco

  • ESOP: You participate in Alasco’s long-term success.
  • AI-first, not AI-washed - we are building AI into the core of our product, not bolting it on as a feature.
  • Munich HQ with a hybrid-friendly culture and a team that takes craft seriously.
  • Workation: Up to 4 weeks per year.
  • Vacation: 28 days off to recharge.
  • Navit or Wellpass: €40/month subsidy for mobility, fitness, and wellbeing.
  • Company & team events: Regular offsites, team get-togethers, and moments worth celebrating.
  • A product problem space that is genuinely hard and genuinely worth solving.

About Alasco

Real estate is one of the world’s largest, most capital-intensive and least digitized industries. We’re changing that. Alasco is building the leading AI Platform for Real Estate, purpose-built for an era in which AI fundamentally reshapes how decisions are made. We ship AI and software that is already in production today, making investment and construction decisions measurably better for our customers. And we’re just getting started.

Product Senior Product Manager, AI & Agents at Tellent HR

Senior Product Manager owns agentic AI product strategy and roadmap across three core HR products, partnering with AI engineering teams to build unified AI layer and specialist agents.

Product Flosum: Senior Product Manager, Salesforce Platform

Senior Product Manager owns multi-year roadmap for Salesforce-native DevSecOps platform, defining strategy and shipping products for Fortune 500 enterprises.

Senior Posted 1 day ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: California, United States

The Opportunity

Flosum is looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager who lives and breathes the Salesforce ecosystem and wants to shape the future of how the world's largest enterprises build, secure, and scale on Salesforce.

This is not a maintenance role. You will own the product roadmap for the only 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies, global brands like Hilton, Cargill, Barry Callebaut, Cushman & Wakefield, and AARP. You will work directly with the CEO and engineering leadership to define and ship products that create entirely new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem.

We are at an inflection point. AI-driven DevOps (powered by Agentforce), agent-aware governance, zero-trust security orchestration, and intelligent data lifecycle management are transforming the Salesforce landscape. We need a product leader who sees around corners, understands where this space is heading, and has the conviction and execution chops to get us there first.

About Flosum

Flosum is the only enterprise-grade DevOps, Data Backup & Archive, Trust Center, and Data Seeding platform built 100% native on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Summit Partner and the only native solution certified by Salesforce, we operate within the Salesforce trust boundary, which means zero data exposure, no third-party cloud processing, and full compliance with Salesforce security standards.

Our customers are among the most demanding in the world: Fortune 500 enterprises in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, life sciences) who require SOX compliance, zero-trust architecture, and audit-grade governance. We compete against Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, and Salto, and we win because our native architecture delivers security, speed, and extensibility that external tools simply cannot match.

We recently integrated Salesforce Agentforce into our platform, making Flosum the first and only Salesforce-native AI DevOps solution. This is just the beginning of what we plan to build.

What You Will Own

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can create new categories or capture market share from competitors.
  • Translate deep Salesforce platform knowledge (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product capabilities that enterprise customers will pay premium prices for.
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce's own product direction (three releases per year) and position Flosum to capitalize on every platform shift.

AI & Innovation

  • Lead the next wave of AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
  • Define how Flosum's extensibility platform enables customers to build custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary.
  • Pioneer agent-aware governance: preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.

Customer & Market Insight

  • Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to deeply understand their pain points around Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
  • Translate complex enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into elegant product solutions.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to influence deal strategy, conduct product demos for strategic accounts, and close competitive evaluations.

Execution & Delivery

  • Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You do the work, not just delegate it.
  • Partner with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines. Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
  • Define and track product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, competitive win rates.

Who You Are

We are looking for a missionary, not a mercenary. Someone who takes genuine ownership of outcomes, thinks independently, and is driven by a need to build something that matters, not just advance their career.

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
  • Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of shipping products that enterprise customers (Fortune 500, regulated industries) adopted and paid for. Not features; products.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred.
  • You understand the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. You know where each is strong and where they are vulnerable.
  • Strong perspective on how AI/ML (especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will reshape the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
  • Hands-on executor. You write PRDs, you talk to customers, you review wireframes, you sit in sprint reviews. You do not manage from a distance.
  • Exceptional communication skills. You can present a product vision to a C-suite audience and write a technical specification for an engineering team in the same day.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action. When you see a problem, you solve it. When you don't know something, you go learn it.

What Will Make You Exceptional in This Role

  • You have experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product company.
  • You have worked at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries.
  • You have led product-led growth initiatives within an enterprise product, designing self-serve onboarding, in-product conversion, and expansion mechanics.
  • You have a point of view on the future of AI in Salesforce DevOps and can articulate a 3-year vision for how autonomous agents will change how enterprises build on Salesforce.
  • You have experience going head-to-head against well-funded competitors and winning through product superiority rather than just marketing spend.

What We Expect in the First 12 Months

First 90 Days: Learn and Diagnose

  • Achieve deep fluency in Flosum's five product lines and their technical architecture.
  • Conduct 25+ customer and prospect interviews to build a firsthand understanding of enterprise pain points.
  • Complete a competitive audit with specific, actionable recommendations on where Flosum should invest to win.
  • Deliver your first product roadmap refresh with clear prioritization rationale.

Months 3-6: Ship and Win

  • Own and deliver at least one major product release that directly addresses a competitive gap or customer-requested capability.
  • Establish a product-led feedback loop between Sales, CS, and Engineering that accelerates deal velocity and reduces churn.
  • Define the next generation of Flosum's AI capabilities and present a detailed execution plan.

Months 6-12: Scale and Lead

  • Drive measurable improvement in competitive win rates against Copado and Gearset.
  • Launch at least one net-new product capability that opens a new revenue stream or market segment.
  • Establish Flosum as a thought leader in AI-driven Salesforce DevOps through content, speaking, and ecosystem engagement.

Why Flosum

  • Category-defining opportunity: You will shape the future of how enterprises build on Salesforce. This is not incremental; it is transformational.
  • Direct CEO partnership: You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with a founder who is deeply technical, product-obsessed, and committed to building the best platform in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Fortune 100 customer base: Your product decisions will directly impact how the world's largest and most complex organizations operate.
  • AI inflection point: Agentforce and autonomous agents are rewriting the rules. Flosum is the first native platform to integrate these capabilities. You will define what comes next.
  • Missionary culture: We hire people who want to make a dent, not pad a resume. If you are looking for a place where your work matters and your ideas are heard, this is it.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary + performance bonus
  • Equity participation
  • Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k)
  • Hybrid flexibility (San Ramon, CA HQ) or remote for exceptional candidates
  • Direct access to Salesforce ecosystem events, conferences (Dreamforce, TrailblazerDX), and customer engagements
  • If you live in San Ramon, CA this can be a Hybrid position, but we're open to fully remote in other locations.

Product Senior/Principal Product Manager, Open Source at Pulumi Corporation

Owns the product roadmap for Pulumi Core and Providers ecosystem, balancing open source community needs with long-term technical architecture and developer UX.

Senior Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

Pulumi is the cloud infrastructure platform engineers love and enterprises trust. We help teams build, secure, and operate modern cloud applications using real programming languages, backed by an open-source foundation and a powerful SaaS platform. Industry leaders like Snowflake, NVIDIA and Supabase rely on Pulumi to turn cloud infrastructure into a competitive advantage.

Pulumi enables developers and infrastructure engineers to unlock the full power of cloud services with secure, repeatable, production-grade infrastructure across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Datadog, GitHub, and more. As an AI-first organization, we’re a leader in the AI Infrastructure space and have our own autonomous infrastructure engineering agent that brings AI-driven operations directly into the cloud engineering workflow.

While Pulumi is headquartered in Seattle, WA., we are dedicated to being a remote first company. This role will be located remotely preferably in Seattle, WA.

About the Role

Pulumi Core and the Pulumi Providers ecosystem are the open source foundation that millions of developers rely on to manage cloud infrastructure. We’re looking for a deeply technical Product Manager to own the roadmap for both to shape what cloud engineering looks like for the next decade.

This role sits at the intersection of three things that are hard to do well together:

  • CLI and developer UX craft — every keystroke matters when developers live in your tool all day.
  • Deep technical product thinking — the engine, SDKs across multiple languages, and our extensive provider ecosystem are a serious technical surface.
  • Open source community leadership — your roadmap lives in public, and your users are also your contributors.

If that combination sounds like the job you’ve been looking for, we want to talk to you.

In This Role You Will:

  • Own the product roadmap for Pulumi Core (engine, CLI, SDKs) and the Providers ecosystem, partnering with engineering to balance long-term architectural bets with near-term community needs.
  • Obsess over CLI and developer UX — the small frictions that compound over thousands of pulumi up runs, the error messages that make or break trust, the defaults that shape how people think about infrastructure. You’re ready to understand how agents use our product, and create agent-ready interfaces.
  • Engage directly with the Pulumi community — contributing to community-sourced GitHub issues, joining community calls, participating in Slack discussions, and turning real user pain into roadmap priorities.
  • Build in public: shape RFCs, write roadmap posts, and represent Pulumi’s open source direction to contributors, customers, and the broader cloud-native ecosystem.
  • Partner with the providers team on the strategy for our large provider ecosystem — what we build first-party, where we invest in tooling for contributors, and how we keep coverage broad and quality high.
  • Translate enterprise customer needs into open source product decisions without compromising what makes Pulumi loved by individual developers.
  • Define success metrics that work for OSS (adoption, contribution velocity, issue resolution time, community health) alongside traditional product metrics, and feed insights directly back into roadmap decisions.
  • Drive end-to-end product delivery from idea to GA and adoption by collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Support, and the open-source community.

We’re Looking For Someone With:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical program management, with significant time spent on developer tools or infrastructure products.
  • Experience building developer tools or platforms (CLI, SDKs, APIs, infrastructure products).
  • Strong intuition for CLI and terminal UX — you have opinions about good error messages, sensible defaults, progressive disclosure, and when interactivity helps vs. gets in the way.
  • Experience working with or shipping in open source — whether as a maintainer, contributor, or PM on an OSS product — and comfort operating in public. Your roadmaps, decisions, and tradeoffs will be visible to a large community, and you’re energized rather than drained by that.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern cloud technologies (containers, Kubernetes, serverless, cloud APIs).
  • Strong technical instincts with the ability to work closely with senior engineers and reason about architectural tradeoffs. Proven ability to ramp quickly in new technical domains and form strong product opinions.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products in ambiguous or complex problem spaces.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Support in a product-led growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A commitment to building inclusive, collaborative teams.

Nice to Haves

  • Background as a maintainer or significant contributor to a well-known open source project.
  • Background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
  • Familiarity with IaC tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation, Crossplane, CDK) and a point of view on what Pulumi does differently.
  • Experience speaking at conferences or representing a product publicly to a technical audience.

Compensation

  • Principal Level Base Salary Range: $180,500 to $227,850
  • Senior Level Base Salary Range: $166,000 - $209,000
  • All full time employee offers at Pulumi include base salary, bonus or variable, equity and benefits (details below).

Benefits & Perks at Pulumi:

Healthcare Coverage:

We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance at no cost to U.S. employees. Internationally, we comply with local healthcare requirements and provide regionally appropriate coverage.

Parental Leave:

We provide 20 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents or primary caregivers, and 16 weeks for non-birthing parents or secondary caregivers.

Remote-First Culture:

Pulumi has been fully remote since 2020, with teammates across 20+ U.S. states and 12+ countries. We support flexible work with asynchronous collaboration and an annual “work from anywhere” stipend.

Professional Development:

Every employee receives an annual learning and development budget to support growth, learning, and career goals.

We believe in acting like owners. All employees receive equity and are empowered to think big, move fast, and build the future of cloud together.

Additional Support:

We offer a monthly wellness fund to support mental and physical well-being, and a quarterly happiness fund for team connection.

About Pulumi:

Pulumi is reimagining how teams build cloud software, enabling developers and infrastructure experts to work better together through a unique combination of programming languages, tools, and systems innovation.

Our flagship infrastructure as code technology is open source and our SaaS product, Pulumi Cloud, provides platform teams, secrets management, and cloud management capabilities, and more. We have pioneered leveraging AI across all of these areas with our LLM-powered Pulumi Copilot to push the boundaries of what’s possible. At Pulumi, we dream big, in the pursuit of helping our customers out-innovate and win.

Founded in 2017 by industry veterans with over five decades of combined experience building developer platforms, Pulumi now has a global community of more than 350,000 members and serves over 3,250 customers. Despite our rapid growth, we’re still only getting started, and are early in our mission to democratize the cloud. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, we want to work with you to accelerate Pulumi’s impact.

At Pulumi, we don’t just accept difference, we celebrate, support, and thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our customers. Pulumi is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. Proof of work

The team

The Onchain Product team is building the next generation of financial products at Kraken, leveraging blockchain infrastructure to deliver faster, more transparent, and globally accessible financial services.

The team sits at the intersection of crypto, DeFi, and traditional finance, owning products that enable customers to earn yield, access tokenized assets, interact with onchain protocols, and participate in the emerging onchain economy. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, Legal, and Partnerships, the team is responsible for identifying new opportunities, bringing innovative products to market, and helping position Kraken at the forefront of onchain finance.

The opportunity

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet, aligned to customer needs and company goals

  • Own the wallet experience end-to-end, from onboarding and asset management to DeFi, payments, and onchain interactions

  • Design and deliver seamless wallet experiences by abstracting complex on-chain functionality into simple, user-friendly products.

  • Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations to deliver high-impact features

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration

  • Identify opportunities to improve wallet adoption, activation, retention, and engagement

  • Stay close to wallet, DeFi, stablecoin, and onchain ecosystem trends to inform product direction

  • Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand wallet capabilities

  • Define and own key product metrics, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement

  • Help establish Kraken Wallet as the preferred gateway to the onchain economy through secure, intuitive, and innovative user experiences

Skills you should HODL

  • Obsessive product sense with a consumer-first mindset — you sweat the details of every user interaction, use data to diagnose friction, and have an unrelenting drive to make experiences simpler, faster, and more intuitive

  • Capable and calculated risk-taker — you make bold product bets with conviction, move fast when the signal is there, and treat setbacks as learning opportunities rather than reasons to slow down

  • Deep technical fluency — you are comfortable in the weeds of system architecture, understand Web3 and on-chain fundamentals, can read and dabble in code, and do not leave hard technical problems solely to engineering

  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating competing priorities and driving alignment in a dynamic, regulated environment

  • Macro-to-micro versatility: the ability to hold and defend a strategic view while staying close enough to the detail to make good product decisions

  • Well-rounded interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly across diverse, distributed teams

  • Mission alignment: this is essential for all Krakenites and we expect our people to champion our mission, along with our vision and values

  • 4+ years of product management experience with a clear track record of shipping meaningful consumer-facing products, and prior crypto, Web3, trading, gaming or banking experience is required

Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

Kraken is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate all Krakenites for their diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions and unique perspectives. We hire strictly based on merit, meaning we seek out the candidates with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills considered the most suitable for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don’t fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you’re passionate or knowledgable about crypto!

We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments are designed to evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Assessment results are considered alongside other relevant information, such as experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

As an equal opportunity employer, we don’t tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind. Whether that’s based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state or local laws.
