We´re seeking a Learning Program Manager with experience leading end-to-end learning strategies for large, complex and targeted operations. Owns the design, structure, and execution of scalable learning ecosystems that support both high volumes of new joiners and the continuous development of existing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead stakeholder discovery to deeply understand workflows, challenges, and role expectations
  • Translate business needs into scalable, performance-driven learning solutions
  • Design and evolve learning ecosystems that support both onboarding and continuous capability development
  • Conduct gap analyses and build skills matrices to identify and prioritize development opportunities
  • Create high-quality learning assets, including learner guides, facilitator materials, assessments, and hands-on practice activities
  • Develop multi-modal learning experiences across ILT, VILT, and self-paced eLearning
  • Ensure all content is practical, actionable, and aligned with real-world workflows
  • Operationalize learning frameworks to drive consistency, adoption, and long-term scalability
  • Use tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 to build engaging, reusable content
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Synthesia, Scribe) to accelerate content creation and documentation
  • Continuously optimize programs based on data, feedback, and performance outcomes

Must-have Skills

  • 8+ years of experience managing end-to-end learning programs across multiple workstreams
  • Strong foundation in instructional design, with experience creating structured learning across ILT, VILT, and eLearning
  • Expertise in curriculum design, including role-based learning paths and progression frameworks
  • Proficiency with learning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
  • Experience conducting gap analyses, building skills matrices, and measuring learning impact
  • Ability to apply AI tools to streamline design processes, generate content, and scale learning solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional leaders
  • Strategic mindset, with a clear ability to tie learning initiatives to business goals and performance outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex ideas for different audiences
